Meet Your Therapist
Niha Idrees
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
As a Person of Colour, I understand the deep and often unspoken challenges of navigating multiple cultural identities, expectations, and transitions. My lived experience has shaped how I show up in the therapy room โ with empathy, openness, and a strong belief in the healing power of feeling understood.
I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, especially those facing concerns related to cultural identity, self-esteem, family dynamics, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive space where clients can feel truly seen and supported.
When you work with me, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where your story matters. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and empowering, where you can explore your challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.
